Must be 21 years old, but no permit or license is required otherwise.

Open carry of a firearm is legal in Arizona, except those under 18 years of age.
No permit is required.
Restrictions on location of Open Carry do apply. 

Handguns and firearms can be loaded and carried in your car or vehicle (Constitutional Carry), concealed or not. 

NFA items are legal in Arizona so long as they are registered properly pursuant to the National Firearms Act.

Most centerfiring handguns and rifles are legal when hunting in Arizona.
Minors aged 14-17 are allowed to open carry a firearm when hunting, as long as they are accompanied by a guardian of legal age. 

• There is no waiting period when buying a firearm.
• No licensing or registration of firearms is required.
• No background check required for private sale or transfer.
• You may purchase multiple firearms at one time.
